قمر في العقرب – ١٦ ذو القعدة

Qamr Dar Aqrab refers to the period when the Moon transits through the zodiac sign of Scorpio (Aqrab). In Islamic tradition, this period is considered inauspicious for beginning new ventures, marriages, travel, and other important undertakings.
